Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my website. My name is Sarah and I have been running Feonix Pilates since May 2019. I am STOTT Mat Pilates trained in L2 & L3 which includes anatomy and physiology for exercise & health. This qualification is accredited by Central YMCA Qualifications (YMCA Awards). I also have additional qualifications in 1-2-1's, Posture assessments, Wall and Chair Pilates as well as breathwork and meditation.
I started practicing Pilates in 2015 and I was amazed at how good I felt, even after one session. I have three children (all teens now) and I'm in remission from MS. I was looking for something that could fix my back problems which came from having children (I was spending a fortune at the osteopaths) and something that would help my neuropathways/nerves and mobility. Pilates worked its magic on my body, my aches and pains disappeared, my core strengthened and I gained flexibility that I don't think I've has since I was a child! This is why I decided to become a Pilates Teacher. It took me months to find a reputable course and I've never looked back!
I run weekly classes in Punnetts Town and Broad Oak, all of which can been found on my Class Timetable. I have limited spaces for regular 1:2:1's and privates which can be booked directly with myself. I work with clients who have spine, back, hip, shoulder and knee issues. Also rehabilitation after operations or accidents. Please message me if you have any questions or would like to know more.
