You may want to book in for a 1-2-1 if you haven't done Pilates before. We can go through any injuries of conditions you may have have and ensure your technique is nailed before starting classes to ensure you get the best of our the class environment. I will also make sure you're executing the exercises correctly and safely and know which modification is right for your body.
Weekly 1-2-1's are a good way forward if the class timetable doesn't suit you and/or you're looking for a more tailored and dedicated approach to your Pilates program. I can personalise the hour to suit you as an individual and work with you to achieve your goals over the long term. I also offer a package for a weekly 1-2-1 and a class at a discounted price.
